Yes, it was many moons ago (I jest) that I promised you a photo of the beginning of "our favorite sidewalk cafes" series.  I believe I said it would be a day or two.  Hey, it started raining.  And raining.

Did I mention I like photo-ing under natural light?

Today, finally, the sky, and the sidewalk outside our apartment are BOTH dry (enough) to photo.

And the good news is, in that rainy duration, I painted sidewalk cafe series #два: "Giusto's Summer Veranda".  You're going to love it too - but first we let the paint mellow a bit before we photo...

Where have we heard that story before???  

The weather guy said just this morning that the jet stream is shifting for western Europe - stay tuned.  Maybe it won't take quite so long to get the next photo opportunity  :)
